Their concept is an unpretentious yet contemp ambiance (with a nod to The Rat Pack) and to serve aged steaks that don’t cost anywhere near 50 bucks (ouch) and they offer pizza and sandwiches for the more casual diner. Located at 12490 St. Charles Rock Road Bridgeton, MO 63044. 314.733.5500. These 2 St. Louis restaurant vets know what they’re doing in the business. Come be a part of the festive beginnings of a new restaurant landmark in STL County USA. -Alan
