Glad to announce my ongoing gig. (5- 8pm Wednesdays and Thursdays and 6- 9pm Fridays and Saturdays through Springtime. The PhotoShop’d face (left) ? It is owner Fred Waelter- he really could fill the bill of that Dos Equis commercial!
When this place had just opened, I stopped in to talk music – and this led to a few weeks of my playing there- beginning in late September of 2015. Now here we are months later with me playing there 4 nights a week! Their concept is an unpretentious yet contemp ambiance (with a nod to The Rat Pack). They serve aged steaks that don’t cost anywhere near the 50 buck-steaks of the fancy joints. They also have pizza and sandwiches. Located at 12490 St. Charles Rock Road Bridgeton, MO 63044. 314.733.5500. Fred and his partner Randy Waldman know that the customer comes first in this business. Come experience the personal hospitality and fun of Frederick’s! -Alan
